No they aren't forced to, they just get hit with lawsuits. You know, there are militant homosexuals. It's not all of them, even far from it, but they are there. Courts have been inundated with it. And it's not just "the church", this goes against individuals and small businesses, no matter what they personally believe, simply because they choose not to render services "we reserve the right to refuse service".
