For P1999 Blue: As of a couple months ago, the 39 Necromancer pet (52 SK pet) only innately dual wields if you summon the highest level version of it (the one that hits for 39). The other 4 possible levels of it have to be given weapons. All versions of the 44 Nec/58 SK pet dual wield innately. I haven't logged on since early summer so a patch since that time may potentially have mucked with things.
