Cops don't just run around with their weapons constantly drawn, are you fucking insane? You've watched too much rush hour if you don't realize special training is not required to unclip a gun holster. Depending on the source, the numbers show between 8 and 10 percent of all police fatalities are caused by someone killing them with their own weapon since 1990.
