Thanks, I'll give those a go. I stopped playing my rogue for about 2-3 months and noticed that the symptoms have started to go away. It's still there but it isn't as bad.
Cautiously went back to my rogue last week and was careful not to spam backstab...did feel the tingling sensation up my left forearm again a bit more so going to have to just do it in moderation.... got a cleric and necro to get to 60 on blue as well, they're much easier

As for jousting on red its not too intensive on the buttons. I've only got a monk there that falls into that category - enchanter/cleric/wizard are all fine
