Well, to make a long story short, the server lost track of what boat is in what zone. Nilbog identified exactly what's causing it, and we've gotten it to work. At this point, it's just a matter of making sure its never possible to happen again.

Just to be clear, does this mean that the boat fix is still being tested before going live?
