This thread got 19 replies and nobody mentioned the one and ONLY spot for 30-40 as a wizard (or druid, hint hint) that gives 400%+ more exp than anywhere else at 30-40. Guess this truly is the last remaining hidden gem.

Bind in Qeynos by bank. Port to NK. Run to splitpaw. Kill gnolls (quad 4 of the 5) outside splitpaw till you acquire 3 of the 4 lore Tanned Skins. Now GATE and turn them in 1 at a time. This will get you around 35% of a level for as little as 5 minutes of work. These also rot on the ground because others dont need them. Proceed to gain 5 levels in 1 day. Ask anyone inside and outside to let you know if any are rotting. Even offer platinum.
