This is a very complex rule for the simple minded folks that reside in casual scum ridden guilds such as Taken and Asgard.

Simply put, the moment your tracker gets an FTE message, you have broken the rule.

Tracker cannot FTE. Tracker gets FTE message. Rule broken.

Catherin should give up and just quit thinking all together. It fails at it.
