What is the rule of thumb for petitioning bards on zone monopolizing

Ask the bard to not pull mobs from the area you are exping, or ask the bard to leave some mobs up where you are. If the bard doesn't compromise with you, just petition. GMs are pretty good about stopping bards from doing this.

I suggest sending the bard a tell rather than making comments in OOC. It's pretty easy to figure out who is pulling the mobs.

This is his 3rd or 4th post in RnF about the same thing. He's been given all the best advice in every other thread, he obviously doesn't care to actually apply it in game. In two months I'm sure he'll post the same exact thing.
