Just a few points. I don't see any licensing information being distributed with the app.
- You need to include the MIT License for using Newtonsoft.Json.
- Require end users to agree to terms that protect them at least as much as the standard Microsoft Software License Terms. There are myriad boilerplate EULAs and such out there, Google will lead you to them.
- Display your valid copyright notice on your programs.
