The study from 1991 only used 2 monkeys and never actully autopsied their brains just put an EEG machine to them and saw that their brain wave patter did indeed change after pot smoke Never once did they actuly autopsy the brain of the monekys to check conclusivly for brain dmg So yes that shit you posted is WRONG.
