its really not strict here. most disputes are settled on a per-situation basis. most of what you have probably heard were people complaining about getting banned for buying into the HUGE RMT racket that recently was settled.
from what i have read, only about 30% of the players even contribute to the forum community.. and that includes reddit and other places as well. there are some great people here, and its considered one of the best EMU servers for a reason.
