Spells: Theft of Thought

I just had this spell resisted here... This was a unresistable spell before the patch. I played an enchanter on live into Luclin, this spell was always memorized except after a death... Never seen it resisted. I understand there is a resist rate tuning in the last patch, I agree the resist/early-break rates of certain spells were overpowered before... but now this... can the resist rates please get looked into again?
