Being stoned dumbs you down and makes you react slower. Maybe if you are half retarded and your mind wonders when you are sober being high could limit you to only be able to think about 1 thing at a time... but that just means you are stupid.

It's funny really, how foolish that statement is.

I goto all my classes stoned -- and have for the last 2 semesters. I'm always near the top of my class.

One of the reasons I smoke weed is specifically to dumb myself down....so I can deal with people of average and lower intelligence and not be bored by them.
