Classic EQ was one server dominating the fuck out of mobs and using the tactics (exploits) established by Verant superstars Fires of Heaven.

EQ was one hell of a capitalism simulator, as literally 0.05% of a server owned all the wealth and the peasants fought over the crumbs the uber guild wouldn't raid anymore.
