I already said earlier in this thread that I'm not a fan of ketchup. I like blue cheese and mushrooms on a burger. If I were to put something over a porterhouse, it would be a red wine reduction. What I wouldn't do is proclaim that my preference is the only way and everyone else is doing it wrong.
