Mage Questions

Hey all I just recently made my first Mage... boo-ya is all I have to say LOL! Anyways got a few questions I would like to ask...

1) I know on live giving mage pets armor, and what not increased AC and stuff does this hold true on P99 or is that a patch they added later?

2) What level does Int actually get a decent amount of mana per Int?

3) What level do pets actually start duel welding?

4) Any good sites that could lead me int he right direction to get my researching started?
