just cut the damn thing off if you hate it so much and use some forceps to block the veins so you dont bleed out. Gender reassignment is purely cosmetic and shouldn't be paid for by tax payers. Its not the same as getting half your face blown off in a IED blast or losing a limb and getting a prosthetic limb. And yes i am a veteran also of USMC. Camp Lejeune NC
