Seriously doubt plant estrogens are going to do anything beneficial for you besides (maaaaybe) lowering your testosterone levels, which is uhm actually. not a good thing if you're already tired. And in what sense are you physiologically female

There is no clear science, but: You have lots of articles like these:

Because I was always resistant to the testosterone my body produced. And some people interact with their sex hormones differently.

As it was described to me (as I remember) I had a genetic chromosomal disorder. I went the the University of South Florida to have my blood and genes tested. The end result was just a doctor telling me I was different then the rest of the kids and that my parents could have my boobs chopped off.

TBH it's probably not worth remembering. HRT is HRT, and I am just speculating that it'll probably be a positive experience. Normal reasons notwithstanding.
