Global ooc doesn't duplicate the EC tunnel experience. Typical trade on red:

Person1: /ooc WTS ItemA 500pp
Person2: /tell Person1 Will you take 400pp
Person1: /tell Person2 sure sounds good, wru?
Person2: /tell Person1 I'm in DL, and I'm an iksar
Person1: /tell Person2 Damn. I'm a banker character in NFP no way to get to you
Person2: /tell Person1 Dang. I'll let you know if I can figure out a way to get to that bank with platinum on me or find a friend.
