Madman in North Ro, and Dorn too the first time you stumble into his camp.
I found dry bones skeletons fairly terrifying when being killed by one for the first time
Griffin and Air Elemental in East commons
Kidzean Gix in West commons
Evil Eyes in the gorge
Hill Giants in West Commons
Sand Giant in North Ro and the rest in Oasis
Mooto for sure.
Borxx was probably the scariest; right up there with Kedge Seahorse Guardians
