Think about it: Earth's population is 10 million.
Everyone can pollute / consume to their heart's content, no need to fight over scarce resources. Systems of governance and economics are that much easier to manage. Would solve almost every one of the world's worst problems.
All it would take is about 10 generations of having more than one child being an extreme cultural stigma, worldwide.
Seems far-fetched? Treating women like human beings was probably the same way, 100 years ago. Now even the muslims are beginning to come around

educating everyone would be a peaceful means, but we don't have that long to wait. it'll come down to ww3 and control of africa will be crucial.
