Default First day back to the old school

Well today I finally got titanium and got on the server and I gota say this is a great community. I started up my DE cleric and started crushing the faces of snakes and spiderlings. Just about everyone who ran past would stop and throw a buff on me. I saw a necro go by and I sent her a tell offering to sell bone chips because i knew this was a great way to make money in the old days. She did seem to be just passing through though so I didn't expect her to come back. Despite the fact that I only had half a stack and she wasn't even actively looking to buy she came back and bought them from me anyway. One guy gave me a hand made back pack and some buffs. Another one hit me with a huge damage shield and 25 plat to get me started. Its stuff like this that I missed most from old EQ. Random people helping out strangers. Back in 2000 when my main was a druid I use to go to noobie zones every time I got new spells and spend a few hours buffing people. Now that I've come full circle and i'm the noobie again its nice to see people still have time to stop and help someone out that they don't know. It just doesn't happen in other MMOs.

Thank you all - not just for the goodies but for the good feeling [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
