Another thing I don't understand. Why is Derubael instructing other guides to not warn people when they are about to get penalized?

Giving a player a verbal warning isn't being ham handed, that's being an actual person. Why would you go out of your way to avoid being personable and genuine?

Are you afraid that the situation would resolve itself and both parties would part amicably?
