If you can make it to KC you could pickup quite a bit of no drop gear that will be rotting: Jarsath armor, Supple Scale Armband, and maybe even some JB Gaunts/Boots.

Is it pretty common for this stuff to be given out for rot loot? If so, I need to get my cleric over there.
