Game Mechanics: Summoned Items Persisting, But not Effective (Drink), and Cause Crash when Picked up

Had a Stack of Summoned Water on my mage I summoned the other day.

When I logged in it was still there, no "Out of Drink" Message Appeared.

I was not regening Mana, as If I was out of Drink, but still no Thirsty message.

Drink was being consumed (stack went down).

When I picked up the stack of drink I was kicked to the Login Screen.
