Trouble getting started.

So I just found this emulator today and I'm having some issues getting started..

I've found my old titanium pack so thats no issue, I've found my old account on Eqemulators.

But the getting started guide then sends me to what appears to be a broken link.

Step 2b - Loginserver Account
Once you have validated your EQEmulator Forum Account, you must create a Loginserver account by visiting the Loginserver Page. It is strongly suggested that you do not use the same Username and/or Password as the forum account.
Make sure you do not forget this password, it cannot be reset or recovered.

Which first asks me to login to Eqemu which I do, but then after being redirected I get a blank site, there is nothing there?

What step am I missing?

I'm sorry if this is a really silly question but I cannot figure out what I need to do next, I've patched the game with the P99 patch files and it launches fine with the .bat file, but I assume since I haven't been able to complete step 2b (as per Guide) that I won't be able to log in..
