OP is somewhat correct in his theory however. Supply and Demand will make rare items go up...IF there is demand...apparently there is no demand..so there goes that.

got 2x people in ecl pinging WTB ROM for high thirties low 40s, a few 40/42k offers, and tons of flames. 500 views on the threads. i wouldnt be so sure there's no demand. eventually people will come to their senses or want to twink out a sk for vel and buy it. im in no rush, thanks for the gl. with cost of inflation these shouldnt be down to 40k. esp with the popularity of sk/pal twinks incoming and the lack of 2handers in vel to trade. its not an investment, its a legacy.
