Changing PVP level range? and other

They need to hard code a flag similar to what they did in wow when players get flagged for pvp in noob zones by certain actions.

Rule would be simple, cast a beneficial spell on a player above your level range, get hit with a debuff that makes you pvp enabled for +10 levels.
