This is a fun problem. Simulations can be programmed that fulfill the rules of the universe. But those are extremely abstract.
There is no current set of known concrete practical rules that end up in a simulation that is accurate to my knowledge. I think we do have a fairly good grasp on how a lot things are ordered. I.e. gravitation. Magnetism. Etc... Honestly this may be a really dumb question. But what creates the charges that create magnetism? Some things are just out of bounds. It's silly to assume that because something is out of bounds it's "god". That is also an assumption. | ||
