Default Naw, Give Red Features not Blue with PvP Enabled

Warning: I want to make red fun and entertaining. Nothing else matters really. There is absolutely no reason for blues to come over here for any other reason than to contest dragons right now. We offer basically nothing for casuals here. Let's change that.

Remove Hybrid penalty now - this will be an incentive for new players who love hybrids. it will also promote grouping seeing as how the biggest detriment to grouping with a hybrid right now is their penalty.

Remove scaling bonus. Instead have a 2x xp rate 1-60. No need to complicate things.

Legacy items - People want to re-live classic pvp. Classic PvP isnt classic without fighting over these camps. Guise does nothing balance wise but would be highly, highly contested. Manastone, rubicite. Give casuals camps to fight over because right now its just dragons.

Binding in TD Enabled - Enable TD binding on red to make places more accessible, why should new players be punished for not finding red sooner?

Enable Soul Binders - You have no idea how hard it is to get a port let alone a bind up in here. You want to help casuals without making EQ easy mode, here is a no brainer.

4 level pvp range - duh

In-game leaderboard - You could even do what LoZ did and disable losses.

why not try these things "for science?" it's not like pop could get any lower.
