You might want to check your state's laws, because here where I am if you approach me in a threatening manner (especially with something in your hand) in public...you are subject to staring down the barrel of my gun. Also keep in mind any witnesses in the area will see you being the aggressor in that situation.



Your eagerness to confront a complete stranger (whom you have no authority over) could very well get yourself hurt or even killed. I mean, you can do what you want but when I'm in public I mind my own business.

Would you confront a stranger if you saw him/her putting a cigarette out on his kid?
