Spell: Shock of the Tainted

when casting, the spell effects is the same as casting a Blind spell (like Flash of Light)

However it should look like a poison/disease spell being casted instead. hense it being a poison based dmg.

Couldn't find any comments on Allakhazam or other pages. but it makes sense..
