Leuz's Task

Commander Leuz is supposed to reply to amiable faction with CoV at the release of Skyshrine until the revamp. Currently testing this and he is not responding to hails or triggered words. Source - Allakhazam.

i went to Skyshrine with a guild chanter tonight and tried to charm commander luiz to begin the quest. we were able to charm him but when i hailed him he did not acknowledge me as being able to start it. chanter did and she was able to get the note from him. with chanter charm, mob becomes pet so is amiable to chanter but was indifferent to me since i'm on Kael faction atm. so it seems that you may be able to do the quest (or at the least start it) with faction to CoV as low as amiable. not sure about charisa however.

EDIT: 3/12 @ 12:40 AM EST - Now Kindly and still does not reply to Hails/trigger words.

EDIT: 3/12 @ 3:53 AM EST - Seems to work at Warmly faction.
