Sounds like you never played classic EQ. This is a PvE game, sure, but there are multiple guilds that want the loots. As I recall, majority of servers weren't carebear bullshit, they competed by RACING to the mob and KILLING it before the other guild. They did NOT wait until a Tuesday at 6pm and expect the mobs to be there for them, like some guilds do now.

And that's what you have your 66% for. The rest can leisurely kill dragons in Class R because Rogean would like P99 " to provide a classic Everquest experience for everyone to enjoy." For some, myself included, its not about the best pixels or the cleanest kills. Its about killing the raid mob as defensive wears out, wiping and trying again and getting the boss down, and making memories "you remember that one time..." When I leave EQ, as I did the first time, I can't take the pixels with me. You play your way, I'll play mine, but don't get upset because I play with different intentions than yours. As Ute was proclaiming the entire negotiation process, Class R is not trying to impose their system on Class C, we just want a space where we can do our own thing. Only Class C is hell-bent on imposing their will on others; schadenfreude.
For that, I recommend a PVP game, like Counterstrike.

Threaded Mode
