Ulthork Tusk drop rate in Eastern Wastes

On the beta I've killed 98 ulthorks and gotten 2 tusks. I killed 75 before I saw my first one.

A ZAM post on Dec 25 2001(a few weeks after Luclin) suggests a drop rate around 8%

My log shows I have killed 100 hunters, 47 warriors and 5 man of war and collected 12 tusks

My guess is that the tusks should around a 10% drop rate. Any other evidence or recollections out there on this?
