Actually, up the butt is probably the second highest bioavailability in most (of course depends on the drug) IIRC, and a perfectly acceptable medical practice in the medical community. You heard it here folks, don't boof too many pills at once now! (sorry, I like to use the term as soon as I get a chance which doesn't happen so often)
