how is the player making threats in the OPs screenshots not banned? seems to be taking things pretty far for fucking up a recharge

People say things in the heat of anger. Even when I was a guide on live I wouldn't have referred to a GM for banning if he'd done these things in ooc. At most I'd have given a /warning so the GM knows that if he's petitioned for training that it was likely intentional.
