Turning in the bracer didnt even give me 1% exp at level 46, when the guards con blue to kill. Seems it needs to be boosted just like the RunnyEye Warbeads in Rivervale had to be.

Also both links for the Guard and Captain have posts dating back to 2000, pretty rare considering most are 2001+ !

I don't recall very many cases on live where a simple item drop turn in quest would net a visible exp reward at high levels, especially not at 46. (exceptions would include Tumpy Tonics but even that involved a bigger time sink and travel)

Usually by that point quests are merely done for the item reward or the faction boost, but exp quests? Is that really how it was on live? With the mob and the turn in location being that close?

I'm not doubting necessarily, just shocked.
