I was serious about wanting to help, but I wanted to make sure I understood what was expected and that I was capable of fulfilling those expectations before submitting an application.
It's been well over a week and I haven't gotten a response or acknowledgement of my PM. I understand you are volunteers and very busy, but it is difficult not to feel ignored.

Basically I am forced to use dialup (Classic internet) because of where I live. I just wanted to make sure that it wouldn't prevent me from being able to do something I had to do.
I have extensive experience in mediating conflicts, which is something desperately needed on Red and you will not find a more honest person. I've done as much as I am capable of to help the server grow over the last couple years, and in doing so earned the respect of a large portion of the population, which would be immeasurably helpful in getting people to listen.

If you wish to decline my offer, that's cool. If interested, please let me know, preferably by PM. I like to speak to people directly when possible and not publicly, which was the purpose of the original PM.
