It is more like the police leave a bunch of confiscated items used as evidence in criminal cases at their front door. These items are perfectly legal and some guy notices his property is out there amongst these items. He grabs his property and on the way home he realises that some of them were on loan and drops them off at his friends house.
The next thing you know, the police smash down the doors of every house that accepted these items and puts the people in jail.
I came pretty close being one of those people that were going to help with the transfer, however, was too busy at the time and genuinely thought certain people like Eximo were unbanned, as he was only banned on association, rather than committing the crime of RMT himself.
