But thats what an officer / leader needs to be . An authority figure . Someone that calls shots and demands and doesn't put up with pity bullshit . If you don't like him so much easy solution /guildremove
I dont agree. In the heat of the moment, during combat, i will respect leader authority because its needed for coordination. Its like when youre playing eve online and the fleet leader makes a call. Even if you disagree with the call, you need to go with it because it will fuck up everything if everyone starts doing their own thing. Im used to that, running in a 70 players fleet and seeing that fleet move in unison because every single player understands the need for coordination is amazing. You dissect fleet leader decisions after the fact and its a needed thing.

But "back at the base" if youre throwing your weight around for every little thing like you need to be blindly followed, and youre not interested in your crews output, youre not fit to lead, in my book. It makes you a plain bad player as well, if youre not interested in always improving your game with the feedback you get on how you lead things. Thats how i viewed Terp when he gave me this "youre dumb" bullshit, that he was being bad at the game.
