No one told Lord Bob to GTFO - you can't find one piece of evidence except for some convo you had with Hyjal.
No guild said they couldn't join Sky Rotation, no Class R guild denied them a place in negotiations or Class R rotation spot. Stop saying it, you are just being inflammatory at this point.
