He made the details public knowledge back in November. I wouldn't release details of a players past violations unless they had already done so.
Box has gone without staff intervention for 2 years and look at the population. We let the players police themselves and the server, and that failed. Now that we are getting involved its actually going up. It may be too little too late, but that doesn't mean we aren't going to try.
Earth was forcing someone to bind camp him in order to continue playing. IE, denying another player the ability to play. It got excessive, so I asked him to scoot.
Please stay up to date before you make posts telling us we are wrong about something. It remains to be seen if us getting more involved in the server will have long lasting benefits, but as of right now, population has gone up with the release of PnP.
