The only opportunity RD has to contest at this point is if it happens during a perfect prime time window where you guys can get 50+ in the zone. Would you disagree with that? If not, how can altering the repops specifically so RD can fight for them not seem like complete favoritism?

At some point, the staff is going to have to decide if they want to blatantly interfere to artificially create competition or if they are going to leave it alone and let the chips fall where they may.

Unless I am mistaken at no point in the history of any live server or P99 server have server mechanics or the way the game operates been changed to help out a single guild get pixels. That's really what you're asking for man. You can continue to pretend its for the "better of the server" but how does it help Chewie and FoH? Random unguilded people? How about a new player that started two weeks ago?
Great point, but I would disagree with your conclusion. If you want a healthy server, i.e., one with more than 80 people, one with vibrant mass pvp, etc., then the status quo isn't working. There's a reason there's salary caps in professional sports, rules on trades, etc. It's in order to foster competition. If not for these rules, the large market teams would dominate, viewer interest would decline, and the product would die out.
