What if you want to kill the guy and youre low on health no mana and hes rooted and pretty much the only way youre gonna kill him is to gate out

1) If this is the case you're a jerk.
2) If you do it all the time and especially in front of a GM, I'm sorry but you're going to eat a ban. Once probably isn't going to get you suspended, but if it was blatantly intentional, then welcome to banland.
