Game Mechanics: soblogh and froglock beserker cycle is broken

So i cam across this inconsistency. Apparently the froglok berserker cycle is broken here. For one thing froglok berserker doesn't exist. Instead of having full cycle as described in this post by Qrowmagnon

We here on p1999 have only 1 confirmed mob dropping the loot that froglock berseker is supposed to drop. This one mob is is soblogh and he is confirmed 100 percent spawning every 10 min at a fixed location.

This is not how this cycle is supposed to work. As per my own memories of doing this cycle, and from the post information soblogh spawn should be move to vacinity of undead camp at rougly neg 2565 , post 817, neg 7.70. any of the mobs up to two of them can be up and running around and when one killed the berseker or another named is supposed to pop.

Half or more of the named mobs for this cycle spawn in or relatively close to this location as i have personally killed them. ONLY 2 of these named are supposed to be up at anytime if they are not the berserker or froglock ranger.

Right now you can have all these named up in the swamp.
