I did have 1 question and I may have over looked it. How does one know if a spawn has been up for over 6 hours and thus allowing it to be open to kill.

lets say im not a hardcore raiding guild and I see XYZ is up but we did not have personal timer on when it spawned... How would I be able to know if its engagable?
