Chardok Proxy worth it??

If I start at level 40, is it worth paying 2.5k per pull? Or will I end up spending like 5k per level? At that point, it's not worth it to me, when I can pay someone 3k to get out of hell, then 2.5k per level after. Opinions from people who have had 40's in it?
