Edit: I voted yes on the premise that people arent camping anymore. He is still a shitbag for what he did to dukat, and he is still kinda a dumbshit for the trains. He's smart and has logical, sound arguments for most of his cases though.

He just used camping as an excuse to train, Abacab is trash and will forever be trash and will just find another "reason" to train.
