Agree with everything in OP cept 4 level range for pvp. 4 level range would be horrible unless it came with an flagging system.
8 levels is classic, or no level range at all. Only 1 of 4 pvp servers had 4 lvl range and it was because the server had item loot.
Solb, perma, seb should not be FFA unless a raid mob is present. Being able to grief people 20+ levels under you is bad.
On the same token, Karnors should be FFA when VS is up.

And this isn't just ripe with self interest.
They had 4 lvls on an FFA server and 8 on teams servers. Try to figure out why.
